Check out these three great resources for maths.
The first is Engenius – a student and teacher support site that talks about what kind of engineering you can do, what you need to achieve this and where you can get bursaries and other information. They also have links to other resources and websites and even games linked to science, technology and maths.
Secondly, Obami is a South African based website which carries content for both students and teachers and is based on social learning. Click here to access past exam papers from Obami.
Finally, Nokia has launched a free South African maths portal for grade 10 to 12 where students can practice questions from different levels and score points. There is a leader board for those who are competitive 🙂 The content is based on the South African curriculum and has theory and hints available to the students. This is a great way for students to practice and get immediate feedback about their results. The website can also be accessed on the cellphone.
